When the 2012 little league season is behind us, it will be time for the serious player to prepare for the fall season.  At the Las Vegas Baseball Academy we have a program that fills this need - the Summer Instructional League (SIL).

Now in its 14th year the S.I.L. program has received some great reviews. Read what some of the parents had to say about last years league. Testimonials


Program Structure:

Baseball
Limited to the 1st 50 players per age group.
Baseball
Division 1: ages 8 & under
Division 2: ages 9 - 10
Division 3: ages 11 - 12
Baseball
*Players will meet twice a week.
(All 8u players meet July 6,8,11,13,15,17,19,21)
(All 9-12u players meet July 7,9,12,14,16,18,20,23)
Parents please note due to varying sign ups certain age divisions may meet on different dates than those listed above.

Week 1
Players will have 2 practices, be evaluated and placed on teams for the remaining dates.

Weeks 2 - 4
Players will receive mini-skill practices and play instructional games.

Times for each meeting are 6:00pm-8:30pm.

NO more than 12 players will be on a team.

Our Goals:

Baseball Educate players and parents on baseball terminology.
Baseball Give players a chance to play positions they want to play.
Baseball Help each student continue his growth potential in the game of baseball.
Baseball Motivate players with a knowledgeable enthusiastic staff.
Baseball Help eliminate any fears players may have.

Players receive:

Baseball

League hat and numbered t-shirt.

20 hours of instruction.
Baseball
Handouts that players can refer back to after the program concludes.

Physical as well as mental/emotional training.
Baseball Weekly quizzes.

$225 ($250 after June 15, 2011)

Students will be grouped first by age and then by ability level.

Once your application is received, it will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation in the mail within the next 10 days.

Students are required to wear proper baseball attire. This includes protective equipment.

Parents are encouraged to attend.
