1. Where do I get the forms to register my team?

2. How do I register my team?

All tournament forms (Application/Release, Roster, Contact sheet, Pre-tournament t-shirt order form) are online and can be downloaded. Once you have completed filling out the forms, you can mail them to:

Once the forms are received, we will process your tournament request and email you a confirmation message.

3. Who do I make the check out to?

The Las Vegas Baseball Academy or LVBA

4. What do I have to do to list the Las Vegas Baseball Academy as additionally insured?

Simply contact your insurance carrier and request them to list the Las Vegas Baseball Academy as additionally insured.

5. When will schedules be posted?

Schedules will be posted 1 week prior to the start of the tournament.

It is also the responsibility of the team manager or a team representative to check for any schedule revisions prior to your arrival to the tournament.

6. Do we need to bring birth certificates?

Yes. Team birth certificates will be checked prior to each team's first game. Birth certificates must be available at each game in case any questions arise regarding a player's age. Copies of birth certificates will be accepted.

7. My insurance form, roster and hotel arrangements have not been finalized yet can I send these in later?

Yes. The items we need to start the process are the application/release form and fees.

8. What rules, bases and pitching distances will be used?

Part of the information that teams can download other than the needed forms are a detailed information page as well as the tournament rules.

9. What time will the championship games be on Monday?

The championship games start at approximately 3:00pm in all age groups.
