Last year 208 teams competed in this event. To register for this event, you must, fill out and submit a signed Application/Release form. All tournament information can be obtain by clicking on the rules button below. A $100.00 deposit will secure your teams(s) roster spot for this event.

1. Where do I get the forms to register my team?

Click here for the 2012 forms.

 

2. How do I register my team?

All tournament forms (Application/Release, Roster, Contact sheet, Pre-tournament t-shirt order form) are online and can be downloaded. Once you have completed filling out the forms, you can mail them to:

Once the forms are received, we will process your tournament request and mail you a confirmation card.


3. Who do I make the check out to?

The Las Vegas Baseball Academy or LVBA

 

4. How do I know my team is registered?

Once your team information has been received, we will process that information and as a courtesy send you a confirmation email which will list any additional items we may still need.

 

5. What do I have to do to list the Las Vegas Baseball Academy as additionally insured?

Simply contact your insurance carrier and request them to list the Las VegasBaseball Academy as additionally insured.

 

6. When will schedules be posted?

Schedules will be posted 1 week prior to the start of the tournament.

It is also the responsibility of the team manager or a team representative to check for any schedule revisions prior to your arrival to the tournament.

 

7. Do we need to bring birth certificates?

Yes. Team birth certificates will be checked prior to each team's first game. Birth certificates must be available at each game in case any questions arise regarding a player's age.

 

8. My insurance form, roster and hotel arrangements have not been finalized yet can I send these in later?

Yes. The items we need to start the process are the application/release form and fees.

 

9. What rules, bases and pitching distances will be used?

Part of the information that teams can download other than the needed forms are a detailed information page as well as the tournament rules

 

10. What time will the championship games be on Sunday?

The championship games start at approximately 3:00pm in all age groups.
