Annual Desert Fall Classic
This tournament is a great way to end your Fall Season!
You are invited to attend the 13th Annual Desert Fall Classic Baseball Tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada, October 31-November 2, 2003. The tournament will have age divisions for 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u, 16u, and 18u. Ages are determined by what the age of the player is on or before December 31, 2003.
Fees paid before September 1, 2003 to secure your place in the tournament.
The format will be pool play with a four game guarantee. The top two teams from each pool will advance to the championship round. The entry fee per team is $525.00 (no need to bring baseballs).
Last year 130 teams competed in this event. Several of you have contacted us in regards to tournament dates. I would urge all of you who are planning on attending to submit your information as soon as possible.

get tournament information via our mailing list. To register for this
event you must use one of the downloadable forms below for faxing or mailing in.
Information can be expected to be received approximately 10 days after June 1st, 2003.
Registration: Below we have documents that you can download and fax or mail to us. A copy of the registration form is provided in these downloadable documents. Just download the files, open in the appropriate program and print them out. Pre-tournament T-shirt order forms are included in the files below and must be paid and received by September 15, 2003.

Due to format changes, you must arrive no later than Thursday evening for possible early play on Friday morning. If you would like more information or would like to speak to us, please call 702-256-7084.
Finally, this year, teams will not be allowed to participate until all required paperwork has been received by LVBA. There is NO waiting list! Please review the tournament information sheet for all requirements.

Teams will only be entered into the tournament when:

All tournament fees have been paid,

Application/release form has been completely filled out, signed & recv'd,

Current proof of insurance naming the Las Vegas Baseball Academy as additionally insured,

Information sheet as to where your team will be staying is filled out and recv'd,

Team roster is filled out and recv'd. May be changed up until October 15th.

Entry fee must be paid in full by August 1, 2003. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
